FRA presents its latest work to EU’s data protection working party

The Agency will present some of its latest data protection work to the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party on 27 September in Brussels. During the presentation will cover results from its report on ‘National intelligence authorities and surveillance in the EU: Fundamental rights safeguards and remedies. The Agency will also share preliminary findings of its fieldwork in this area and discuss future projects.

On 28 September in Brussels, the Agency’s Director will meet the European Data Protection Supervisor and address staff there. It will be an opportunity for both sides to explore areas of common interest and keep abreast of each other’s work.
