Auch wenn Staaten dagegen sind gilt CETA für 3 Jahre ???????

Das kann doch nicht wahr sein!

Der EU Abgeordnete Sven Giegold hat aufgedeckt, dass auch wenn einzelne Staaten jetzt gegen das CETA Abkommen ein Veto zustande bekommen, der Investorenschutz für 3 Jahre festgeschrieben ist.

In Deutschland besteht durch die Zustimmungspflicht des Bundesrates die Möglichkeit, dass CETA an den Grün-mitgregierten Ländern scheitert.

Doch im Vertrag steht
(b)   no more than three years have elapsed since the date of Suspension or
Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, if the provisional application of this Agreement is terminated and this Agreement does not enter into force, a claim may be submitted under Section F of Chapter Eight (Investment) within a period no longer than three years following the date of termination of the provisional application, regarding any matter arising during the provisional application of this Agreement, in accordance with the rules and procedures established in this Agreement,

Wie kann eine Gültigkeit des Vertrags für Deutschland allein durch die Unterschrift der EU Verhandlungskommission entstehen, wenn doch die Staaten zustimmen müssen bzw. nun doch dürfen?
