Yahoo ignoriert Do Not Track absichtlich

Yahoo wird seine Nutzer fortan mit Hilfe von Cookies durch das Internet verfolgen und deren Wünsche zum Tracking ignorieren, die sie mittels der Do-Not-Track-Einstellung (DNT) ihres Browsers jedem Webseiten-Betreiber mitteilen können. Das verkündete das ‚Yahoo Privacy Team‘ auf tumblr.

Und zum Schluss wird der Nutzer noch mit diesem Satz abgespeist: „Die Privatsphäre unserer User ist und bleibt von hoher Priorität für uns“, beteuert Yahoo in dem tumblr-Posting.
