EuGH kippt EU-Beschluss zum Umgang mit Bootsflüchtlingen

Im Urteil der EUGH Az: C-355/10 wurde der Beschluss der EU zur Überwachung ihrer See-Außengrenzen durch die Frontex-Agentur für nichtig erklärt. Allerdings hat das gericht den Beschluß nicht aufgehoben, er darf "zunächst weiter angewendet werden". Das Gericht bemängelte die fehlende Beteiligung des EU Parlaments.
