Auch Island spielt bei FRONTEX mit

Am 25.07.2012 um 21:25 h hatte ein isländisches(!) Frontex-Flugzeug ein Boot mit 125 Flüchtlingen in internationalen Gewässern vor Italien aufgespürt. Erst als sie am nächsten Morgen in italienische Gewässen einführen, wurden sie von italienischen Spezialeinheiten aufgebracht, die für Frontex dort im Rahmen des Projekts Aeneas zuständig sind,
